ENOUGH!

Since its founding, our democracy has wrestled with the question of what counts as enough. Enough freedom, enough opportunity, enough dignity for every person. We declared independence because we refused to let a king decide what was enough. We fought a civil war because we rejected the idea that wealthy slaveholders could define what was just and what was enough. And throughout our history, people have pushed back against unfair economic systems to win safe workplaces, Social Security, Medicare, clean air, and clean water. Each time, the country had to redefine what “enough” really meant.

Today, with AI reshaping our lives and inequality at an all‑time high, we face that question again. We must rise up and demand protections that make sure AI serves the common good and benefits everyone. Enough is enough.
